The CMS system is packed with high end web functionality with easy to use function such as multimedia content integration, RSS integration, advertisement, event calenda, polls, surveys, search funciton and whole host of the other features. You can view a full breakdown of the CMS features here, which has been Microsoft® Certified, built on Microsoft® ASP.NET and .NET Framework 3.0

 
 

Live Property Searches & Display - The search procedure will ask a user to select a type of property (Rent or Sale) On selection of this, additional search options as below will be presented:

   
 
Minimum Bedrooms
Minimum Price – to be specified
Maximum Price – to be specified
Sort by – highest price, lowest price
Search by County & Borough – to be confirmed
   
  Once the search is completed, a list of properties is displayed with a summary of that property. Only logged in (registered) users are allowed access to the property details if this is required. Statistics can be recorded for property viewing details.
 
 
Properties Creation(CMS) - The system will contain a section to create a development (scheme) and property. An image upload facility will exist including information entry section.
   
  Set fields on share ownership, property values, rent etc are included.

User Registrations (CMS) – Online user registrations will enable you to gain a database of registered users as well as search and administration section for all users, including export User Data to MS Excel feature. Password reminder system is also included for the users.
 
 
Favourite Search – Each registered user will have the functionality to save search criteria into a Favourite Search section. Users will be able to receive on email latest properties based upon 1 of these favourite search criteria.
 
 
Automated Emails (CMS) – Throughout the website, on registration and application form completion, the users will receive automated emails informing them of the information and status. Additionally they will be able to receive weekly property updates based upon their Favourite Search selection.
 
 
Customer Accounts (CMS) – On registration, a customer will access by logging in with their unique username and password and then be able to access designated features for users, such as Favourite Searches, Property Details etc.
 
 
Property Reports (CMS) – An Administrator or HA can view reports on how many detail hits they have received per property. Additionally, they can view how many users have applied for their properties on an individual property basis and on a collective property basis.
 
 
Registered Interests (CMS) - When a registered user finds a property and selects to view the property details, the system detects if the user is logged in. The user will then be able to press the “I am interested in this property” button. This data can be used for marketing purposes for the owning HA or RSL.
 
 
HA Accounts (CMS) - The admin section will be able to perform the following functions:
   
 
Create new HA/RSL account
Search/View/ Edit/ Delete HA account
 
 
HA Area (CMS) - The HA will be required to enter their username (email address) and password to login. Once logged into their personal account, they will have the following features and functionality:
   
 
Add/ View/ Edit & Delete current Property For Sale
Add/ View/ Edit & Delete current Property for rent
Add/ View/ Edit & Delete current Development For Sale
Add/ View/ Edit & Delete current Development For Rent
View & Edit Personal Details
View Registered Interest on Properties

Admin Accounts (CMS) – To create and manage admin accounts
   
 
Add/Search/View/ Edit/Delete Master Admin Accounts
 
 
Accessibility W3C – The Front end of the site will adhere to W3C Accessibility guidelines of Priority 1 or above.
 
 
Full project management and assigned account manager
 
 
Half day systems training onsite – A technical project manager can come on-site and provide systems training if classroom facilities are provided.
 
 

Online Application Form – Registered users will have access to a specifically designed Application form. A template application form exists, however basic customisation of fields is available within this build.

The option of Save & Quit and Continue will be presented to the user. In addition the application form will be split through several pages. Once a user has completed all mandatory fields on a page, the user will have the ability to jump to any particular page that has been previously completed.

There will be tabs used for additional applications associated with the same application, currently two applicants will be supported, however the system could be built to cater for up to four people associated to a single application if required.

Full application form validation is provided.

 
 

Full Application Admin & Processing (offers and approvals) The full systems of Application administration allows administrators to perform full searches as well as to Edit Applications. Features include:

Add full approval to applications for multiple products and rejections with full application history logging
Add property offers & rejection information for OMHB, Resale, KW, Rent and additional products including full financial information and completion
Edit Application Form data including record history logging of amendments
 
 

Application data Export – Delimited text file based output of all application form data. An intermediate level of customisation is available based on client requirements and costs..
